Carson, Brooke and Nolan spent the day with us. They had the great idea to go hiking. We took a lunch and headed up to Adams canyon. It took us about 3 1/2 hours to hike up and back so it was a good little hike. It was a beautiful place, and it was one of the most favorite things that we did on our trip.

Carson and I were soaking in the sun. He was actually trying to get warm and dry after going under the falls....crazy!
The water was freezing.

Abby did a great job. She was very proud of herself!
Thank goodness we were on our way back down...we were all hot and tired. Look at where we had been.
