NC night at the Slausons!

Elder Slauson who is serving in our ward right now, has the nicest family. His mother Kris put together a mini NC missionary reunion while we were there. We had Elder Gillett and his wife Brooke, Elder Jenkins, Elder Ariotti, and Elder Gudjenov and his wife Molly, his mother and brother also came. Finally faces of those wonderful women I have spoken with over the last year. Kris and I have corresponded over Elder Slauson's mission. It is hard to believe it is coming to an end. He goes home next month. We are going to miss him along with many others that we know who will also be leaving next month. It was so great to finally meet them after talking to them on the phone over the last year and a half. The food was delicious and the company so much fun! KioKo was born in Brazil. She and Steve had the greatest time talking to one another. Small world, she knows Steve's mission presidents! She was a ray of sunshine....so welcoming, and full of energy...loved her!

My favorite picture! Me and Kris. She is the sweetest missionary mom ever. I have so enjoyed getting to know her and her family. We will be sisters in the gospel forever. Kris thank you so much for taking us in and making us feel so welcome. We love ya'll!

Our day at Lagoon

Carson's mom Jan, got us a great deal on tickets for our day at Lagoon...Thanks so much Jan! It was our last full day in Utah. Nolan joined us for a day at Lagoon. It ended up not being a ful day. We were late getting there, Steve had some work and church things to get done before we could go...sorry we were late guys. And it being our last day of the trip we ere exhausted so we left around 8:00. It was alot of fun. Carson and his wife Brooke joined us later in the day, and we say Jan and her other son Colton and Nolan's sister Kelli.

4th of July and a Baptism with Elder Page

Miguel & Belen's baptism was July 5th. What a great day that was. It was a wonderful baptisms and the spirit was very strong. Dallin is hoping to stay in Anaheim atleast through one more transfer so that he can teach their daugther who will be turning 8 soon. They had a fun 4th with them also, cooking out and doing fireworks. Sounds like he is so happy and working hard. Miguel and Belen's baptism with Elder Page and Elder Inga

We had a pretty quiet 4th this year. The kids just got home from EFY and we had the missionaries over for a cookout. We always enjoy having our boys over. Tonight after dinner with the missionaries. We gave them some milk that needed to be used before we would be back from Utah.
